  Deliver Personalized, High-Touch Care : Utilize extended appointment times (30 to 60 minutes) to conduct thorough wellness exams and acute care visits

  Champion a Proactive Wellness Model: Lead a membership-based clinical approach that shifts the focus from reactive "sick care" to proactive health management, helping patients optimize their well-being through personalized, comprehensive care plans

  Maintain a Manageable, High-Quality Practice: Manage a small, sustainable patient panel (cap of 300-600 total), allowing you to provide exceptional continuity of care while enjoying a balanced lifestyle that honors your time and professional boundaries

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

  Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
