Compensation
- Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000
- Retention bonus of up to $50,000
- Relocation assistance of up to $20,000 for qualified applicants
- 2-year compensation guarantee of $314,000 + up to 20% productivity bonus
- Resident Stipend up to $3,000 per month
- Forgivable loan up to $200,000
