The provider will deliver outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule. This locum tenens assignment runs for six months starting in December and requires no call coverage.

- Evaluation and management of typical outpatient primary care conditions
Shift & Schedule

- Monday through Friday
- Shift hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Totaling 40 hours per week
- Caseload: 22-25 patients per day
