Responsibilities
- Manage a mix of chronic disease, preventive care, and complex case coordination
- Care for an underserved, medically diverse population
Compensation
- $300,000 - $310,000 per year
- Annual salary + productivity bonus

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
