Onsite Full Time Healthcare & Medical
  1. General Physician -Internal Medicine
    1. 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday however I can entertain a 4 day work week.
    1. Salary: $180k-$270K (Based on experience-negotiable)
    2. Production incentive = earn up to $4100 per qtr. Based on indicators
    3. Sign on: if applicable
    4. CME -$ annual allowance
    5. Retention Earn up to 3 % increase after 1st year until max out of salary scale. Lump sum bonus after max out.
    6. Vacation/Sick 1st year for full time - 10 days (vacation)/ 10 days (sick)
    7. Holidays - 11 days annually
    8. Relocation - negotiable
    9. Health, Dental, Life, Vision, Long-Term Disability, FICA - SS and Medicare
    10. 403 (b),
    11. Malpractice Insurance
    12. HRSA Loan Forgiveness Eligibility
