Internal Medicine Physician

Client seeks Physician for part-time contract assignment for 3 days per week starting October 28-January 29 at their Corporate Health clinic in Berea, KY. Provider will see adult patients for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and chronic illness management. Hours are Monday & Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm and Tuesday 9:00am-3:30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Physician will have dedicated Medical Assistant each day and LPN available for assistance. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Clinic has onsite medication dispensary, so provider must have dispensing license (dispensing experience preferred). Epic EMR experience is required for this assignment.
