THE PACKAGE

• Year one Income $250-265,000
• Annual Bonus starts at up to $20k, Quality Based Performance Plan- NOT production
• Partnership track with zero buy-in, which will yield higher bonus, annual base increases

• 401K ' 5.5% match
• CME $3,500
• 1 month PTO

The Skills

• BC/BE in Family, Internal or Geriatric Medicine

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
