We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our established primary care practice in Quincy, Massachusetts. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for adult patients


• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions


• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management


• Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care


• Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives


• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation


• Engage patients in shared decision-making to improve health outcomes

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree


• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine


• Massachusetts State Medical License
