Mount Sinai Doctors Bellmore is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join its established practice in Bellmore, New York. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care within a collaborative, team-oriented environment, supported by the extensive resources of the Mount Sinai Health System. The position focuses on developing long-term patient relationships in a desirable Long Island community.

• Established primary care practice in Bellmore, New York
• Located on the South Shore of Long Island in Nassau County
• Part of the Mount Sinai Health System
• Primarily outpatient/ambulatory practice
• Supported by a dedicated clinical and administrative team
• EMR system: EPIC

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
• Work within a collaborative, team-oriented practice environment
• Serve a diverse population while living and working in a highly desirable Long Island community

Compensation

• Compensation range: $225,000 to $275,000 (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Requirements

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University
• New York Medical License
• BE or BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
