Position Details:
- Setting:
- Joining IM physician in growing practice with full support staff
- Primarily outpatient only in clinic setting
- Shared call rotation with internal medicine physicians for after hours coverage
- Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm
- One weekday shift: 11:00 am 7:00 pm
- EMR Systems: Athena (clinic) and Paragon (hospital) for seamless patient care continuity.
- Daily patient load: approximately patients/day
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $145,000
- Sign On Bonus: $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: $15,000
- Student Loan Repayment: $5,000/year
- CME Allowance: $2,500/year
- Paid Time Off: 30 days (including holidays)
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum 2 3 years of nursing experience in primary care or ICU settings
- Prefer candidates with experience in geriatric medicine, diabetes management, or rheumatology
