We re partnering with a respected outpatient medical practice in Brooklyn seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Internal Medicine team.
This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys building strong patient relationships, practicing collaborative medicine, and working in a stable, supportive clinical environment.
The practice is affiliated with a highly regarded Brooklyn hospital network and offers a consistent outpatient schedule with the opportunity to care for a diverse adult patient population.
What You ll Be Doing
- Providing comprehensive primary and internal medicine care to adult patients
- Managing chronic conditions and acute medical concerns
- Performing physical exams, follow-up visits, and preventative screenings
- Reviewing labs, diagnostics, and treatment plans
- Educating patients on lifestyle, wellness, and disease prevention
- Collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff
- Maintaining timely and accurate EMR documentation
Schedule
- Monday Friday daytime schedule
- Light shared evening/weekend call responsibilities
Qualifications
- Active New York Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certification required
- Experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or Family Medicine preferred
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
- EMR experience required
