Responsibilities
- Provide medical supervision and oversight for the advanced practice providers (APPs) performing inpatient rounding
- Review and co-sign charts to ensure quality, accuracy, and appropriate follow-up of patient care
- Conduct routine in-person supervision (approximately 10 hours per week) on-site at Triangle Springs
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and clinical best practices
- Collaborate with psychiatric and clinical leadership to promote integrated, multidisciplinary patient care
- Participate in periodic performance evaluations and case reviews as needed
