Lenox Hill Hospital / Northwell Health is seeking a full-time Clinician Educator Faculty Physician for the Division of General Internal Medicine in Manhattan, New York. - Ambulatory education to 78 Internal Medicine residents across several distinct training pathways, including Categorical Internal Medicine Program, Primary Care Track, and LGBTQ+/HIV Care Track

Responsibilities
- Precept Internal Medicine residents in our ambulatory Primary Care Practice on the Upper East Side
- Maintain a longitudinal primary care panel within a Lenox Hill Hospital Faculty Practice
- Educate, evaluate, and mentor Internal Medicine residents in the ambulatory space
- Contribute to the academic and scholarly mission of the Division through curriculum development, quality improvement, and medical education research
- Collaborate with faculty on educational innovation and program development
Compensation

- Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for or holding an active New York State medical license
- Experience or strong interest in ambulatory teaching, curriculum development, and/or medical education scholarship
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care
- Interest in contributing to health equity and serving diverse patient populations
- Prior teaching experience in a residency or medical school setting preferred
