HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital in Sarasota, Florida, is seeking a full‑time Hospitalist Chief to lead our expanding team of elite physicians.
Qualifications
- Board certified in Internal Medicine
- Florida license and DEA required
- Practice and leadership experience required
- Preferred experience with Meditech EMR
Responsibilities
- On‑site 7am-7am, nightly call coverage and weekend/night shifts
- 7 on 7 off 12‑hour shifts
- GME coverage for Internal Medicine Residency Program
- Daily census about 25 patients per provider / 30 daily admissions
- Manage ICU patients
- Hospitalists do NOT run codes
