Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Med/Peds physician to join a thriving outpatient practice at Marshfield Clinic - Chippewa Falls Center in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Successful completion of a residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Must hold an active medical license for each state in which the physician practices - either physically or virtually
• Must have a DEA for each state in which the physician physically practices
• Dual Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada)
• If physician is not board certified upon commencement of employment, they must achieve board certification as outlined in the privileging documents
