Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of a residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Must hold an active medical license for each state in which the physician practices - either physically or virtually
- Must have a DEA for each state in which the physician physically practices
- Dual Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada)
- If physician is not board certified upon commencement of employment, they must achieve board certification as outlined in the privileging documents
