Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Med-Peds physician to join their well-established primary care practice at Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This role offers a 100% outpatient clinic practice with a focus on comprehensive care for patients of all ages, supported by a dedicated team and opportunities for teaching and leadership.   • Busy 100% outpatient clinic practice located at the flagship site
  • Well-supported department with their own Behavioral Health Integrated Care Nurse and Diabetic Educator
  • Nurse line is 1st call and call is 1:20 (phone call only)
  • Support for job sharing
  • Teaching opportunities available for the Med-Peds residency program
  • Opportunity to provide medical coverage at Norwood Health Center (Local Psychiatric Facility)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages throughout their lifespan
  • Be involved in medical education and research
  • Provide medical coverage at Norwood Health Center (Local Psychiatric Facility)

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Successful completion of a residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
  • Must hold an active medical license for each state in which the physician practices - either physically or virtually
  • Must have a DEA for each state in which the physician physically practices
  • Dual Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada)
  • If physician is not board certified upon commencement of employment, they must achieve board certification as outlined in the privileging documents
  • H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available
