Job Summary
Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients in a physician-owned multi-specialty practice focused on high-quality, patient-centered care and work-life balance.

• Role: Interal Medicine Physician
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Location: Lander, WY | Opportunity to work one day per week in Riverton if needed
• Patient Volume: Approximately 16-20 patients per day
• Patient Population: Primarily adults (18+)
• Schedule & Call Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM |Saturday: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
• Minimal shared telephone call only
• No inpatient responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Manage conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular, pulmonary, kidney, and gastrointestinal diseases
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies
• Educate patients on disease prevention and wellness
• Coordinate care with specialists as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Wyoming medical licensure
• DEA certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
