Internal Communications Senior ManagerLos Angeles, California, United StatesAbout the RoleWe're looking for an Internal Communications Senior Manager to serve as the strategic communications partner to our People Experience organization.Reporting to the VP of Internal Communications, you'll help employees understand and engage with the programs, policies, benefits, learning opportunities, and organizational updates that shape the employee experience. Through thoughtful storytelling, strategic communications, and impactful campaigns, you'll connect employees to Crunchyroll's mission, vision, culture, and values while ensuring they have the information and context they need to thrive.As a trusted partner to People Experience leaders and stakeholders, you'll provide communications counsel, develop compelling content and campaigns, and help drive employee engagement across key initiatives.
