Internal Communications Manager

Leading internal communications for organizational change and employee engagement, the full-time Internal Communications Manager will develop and execute communication plans while managing multiple projects in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Plan and deliver communications for change initiatives, including M&A and organizational changes Write and edit various employee communications across multiple channels Manage communication plans, timelines, and stakeholder reviews for multiple projects Required qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in internal, change, or corporate communications Excellent writing, copy-editing, and presentation-development skills Experience developing communications for organizational change and large-scale business changes Demonstrated ability to manage communication plans and competing priorities Sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information
