What you'll do
- Lead risk-based audit engagements across banking functions, from risk assessment and scoping through reporting
- Build test programs, run testing in the higher-risk areas and oversee ICFR testing for your areas
- Review and sign off on workpapers, conclusions and draft reports
- Give management credible challenge on control effectiveness and oversee issue tracking and validation
- Support regulatory exams, QA reviews and the annual audit plan
- Coach and develop audit staff and champion the responsible use of analytics and AI in audit
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- 6-7+ years of external or internal audit experience, ideally in financial services
- Experience leading audits and developing people
- At least one relevant certification: CPA, CIA, CAMS or CISA
- Banking experience and knowledge of banking regulations are a plus
- Strong project management, stakeholder influence and risk-based judgment, plus working knowledge of analytics and AI concepts
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary of $115,000-$140,000, depending on experience
- Discretionary bonus eligibility

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the downtown office, 2 days remote
