Position Overview
Event partnerships role within client success responsible for bringing to life brand activations at iHeartMedia tentpole events including iHeartRadio Music Festival, iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour, and iHeartRadio Country Festival. Summer months are spent planning for the iHeartRadio Music Festival in September, developing vendor calendars, identifying trendy premiums, gathering brand assets for the microsite, and attending relevant meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate event activations for iHeartRadio Music Festival and other tentpole events.
- Develop vendor calendars and identify trendy premiums.
- Gather brand assets and support microsite development.
- Attend meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas on engaging event experiences.
Qualifications
- Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college.
- Interest in media, marketing, or event planning; experience not required.
Compensation
Hourly rate: $16.50. Salary determined by experience, skills, and market data.
