This position is full-time with a hybrid work schedule of 2 days in office a week located in Indianapolis, IN.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Computer Technology, related field of study, or equivalent years in an IT workgroup is required.
- 3-5 years of related Administration experience required.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems is required.
- Proven ability to work with reporting tools is required.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Understanding of HTML5 and editing tools is desired.
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in Learning Management Systems and reporting tools, with a strong foundation in Informatics or Computer Technology. Combines technical knowledge with customer service skills to enhance learning and development initiatives.
