To support a strategic client engagement, the full-time Intermediate AI Transformation Process Analyst will analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state workflows while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Facilitate workshops to understand current processes and identify operational challenges Assess business functions for suitability of agentic AI solutions and evaluate potential business value Develop business blueprints that define requirements, workflows, and success measures for proposed solutions Required qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting engagements Experience documenting business processes, requirements, and future-state operating models Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder interviews Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations
