Light & Dwell is seeking an experienced Designer to lead residential projects from concept through installation. This is a remote position supporting projects from coast to coast, working closely with our Creative Director, clients, build teams, and Design Associates.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple full-service and concept-design projects
- Develop concepts, layouts, selections, elevations, and presentations
- Lead client presentations and project meetings
- Manage schedules, deliverables, budgets, and next steps
- Coordinate with builders, architects, vendors, trades, and procurement
- Direct and review Design Associate work
- Travel to project sites as needed
Qualifications
- 4+ years of residential interior design experience
- Strong design judgment and alignment with the Light & Dwell aesthetic
- Experience leading projects and communicating directly with clients
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work xhqgsiq independently in a remote environment
- Strong follow-through, collaborative and proactive skillset.
- A confident, personable communicator who builds trust with clients, colleagues, and project partners
- Advanced proficiency in drawing and presentation software AutoCAD and/or Revit with a strong ability to produce detailed build documentation
