We are seeking an experienced Interim VP of Finance, Head of FP&A, or senior finance leader to support a PE-backed, approximately $500M gtechnology-enabled business.
This leader will oversee an FP&A organization of approximately 15–16 professionals and serve as a hands‑on player‑coach, providing stability and leadership following recent organizational changes.
Key priorities include:
- Leading forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Strengthening financial modeling and operational KPI reporting
- Developing and mentoring a relatively junior FP&A team
- Improving data integrity and reducing manual consolidation, cleansing, and validation
- Establishing practical process improvements without disrupting day‑to‑day execution
- Supporting post‑merger integration and multi‑system reporting
- Partnering with executive leadership and the PE sponsor
This ideal candidate will have experience in a PE‑backed environment and a background supporting technology‑enabled businesses, digital marketplaces, SaaS, professional services, or other complex, multi‑entity organizations.
Location: New York; ideally onsite two days per week
