Major, Lindsey & Africa’s corporate client is seeking an experienced Technology Contracts Manager to work with their procurement team on an interim basis.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial reviews of technology contracts, including professional services, SaaS, and infrastructure agreements.
- Identify and escalate sensitive issues as necessary.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for the corporation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on a thorough understanding of the underlying technology and relevant laws.
- Effectively spot issues and address them proactively.
Qualifications:
- Attorneys, JDs and non-attorney Contracts Managers will be considered.
- 5+ years of proven experience in negotiating technology contracts.
- Demonstrated understanding of legal issues related to technology, including professional services, SaaS, and infrastructure.
- Express willingness to perform initial reviews of low-risk contracts and escalate issues as needed.
Pay Rate: $80
