Position Details
- Location: Zachary, LA

- Schedule: 40 hours per week; shifts vary between 7:00 AM-3:30 PM and 12:30 PM-9:00 PM
- Weekend Coverage: Required, with the same shift options
- On-Call: Rotating schedule, averaging 5-7 days per month

- Active Louisiana Pharmacist license required
- Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
- Sterile compounding experience preferred
- EPIC EMR experience preferred; training may be available
- Experience with Pyxis systems and pharmacy inventory management preferred
- Ability to prepare IV medications and support medication safety
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and rotating on-call coverage
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
