Weekly Gross Pay: $4,573/week

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Cardiac Cath Lab to lead operations for a high-volume cardiovascular program at a major medical center. This leadership opportunity focuses on cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology services, staff development, quality improvement, and operational growth.
The program currently includes 5 Cardiac Cath Labs and 4 EP Labs, with planned expansion to 7 Cardiac Cath Labs and 6 EP Labs.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization or Electrophysiology Lab.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in complex medical centers or teaching institutions preferred.
- Experience leading Cath Labs and/or structural heart programs.
- Experience managing high-volume cardiovascular operations with 4–5+ labs.
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree.
Licensure & Certification:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification required.
