We are seeking an experienced Interim Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. This is a temporary, full-time position .
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary/Interim, Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance and facility operations
- Handle repairs and preventive maintenance
- Ensure the facility is safe and properly maintained
- Coordinate with staff and outside vendors as needed
- Address maintenance concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of SNF/LTC maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily maintenance needs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
