- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to structured finance and commercial lending transactions.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in structured finance deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on legal and business objectives.
- Support the structuring and execution of complex financial transactions.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting the financial services industry and advise on implications.
- Handle legal disputes, ensuring the organization's interests are protected.
- Assist with due diligence and risk assessments for potential financial transactions.
- Provide training and updates to internal stakeholders on relevant legal developments.

Profile
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar.
- Strong knowledge of structured finance and commercial lending practices.
