Providing strategic leadership in a remote capacity, the Interim IT Leader will oversee enterprise-wide technology strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while managing technology risk and aligning investments with business objectives on a contract basis for 20-25 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's enterprise IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap aligned with overall business objectives Serve as the senior technology advisor to executive leadership, translating business needs into technology strategies and investments Lead enterprise-wide technology transformation and modernization initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 15+ years of progressive IT experience, preferably within a growing, complex, or regulated organization 8+ years of IT leadership experience, including experience leading teams and strategic transformation Demonstrated experience developing and executing an enterprise IT strategy and technology roadmap Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory requirements
