Interim Finance & Operations Consultant
Pay: $50–$60/hr

Based out of the company's Madison headquarters, this hybrid role (2 days remote, 3 days on-site) reports to senior leadership with visibility to the Board of Directors for the duration of this 6-month engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead cleanup and process improvement across working capital, AP, and AR
- Drive cost automation initiatives spanning freight, inventory, and tariffs
- Partner with supply chain leadership to close process gaps and support ongoing improvement efforts
- Report to senior leadership and provide visibility to the Board of Directors on finance initiatives
- Support the finance team through an active transformation alongside a newly built VP bench
Qualifications
- Broad finance and accounting background with comfort stepping into a 6-month interim engagement
- Experience with SAP and Power BI a plus
- Strong track record leading finance through change, cleanup, or transformation
