Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing department
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Manage and develop staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum (Minimum Years of Experience) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- (Level of Education) degree in Nursing or related field
