Core Requirements
- Executive Track Record: Previous CTO or VP Engineering experience at a fintech or regulated financial services company.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrable experience scaling engineering organisations from 10 to 50+ people.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and cross-border payment compliance frameworks.
- Board Communication: Comfortable presenting technical strategy and risk to a board of directors.
Work Load: 40-50 hours per week. Full executive commitment required.
