JURISolutions Legal is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Attorney to support our Financial Services client for a 6-month engagement.
This candidate will support product development and commercial initiatives for their Commercial and Payments legal team, focusing on regulatory and commercial negotiations.
Responsibilities include:
- Advise on services regarding regulatory, risk, and commercial implications for money transmission and virtual currency initiatives
- Draft, structure, and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements
- Have 7+ years of experience in payments, product development, and/or financial services
- SME expertise in state money transmission licensing (MTL) and virtual currency frameworks
- Experience with various legal platforms including CLM, research and AI Tools
This position is anticipated to last 6 months with the strong possibility to extend. Preference will be given to candidates based in NYC or Purchase, NY; though remote candidates will be strongly considered.
