This is a contract engagement reporting directly to the CFO, offering the opportunity to lead a strong accounting team, oversee a fast-paced close process, and take ownership of accounting operations across both manufacturing and CPG business lines.

Who you are:
- Controller-level accounting professional with strong month-end close experience
- Experience with manufacturing accounting, including cost accounting, standard costing, and production accounting
- Experience with NetSuite
- Hands-on leader who is comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing alongside the team
- Lead and oversee the monthly close process, maintaining a 5-7 day close cycle
- Manage and support accounting operations, including cost accounting, senior accounting, and AR/AP oversight
- Partner with the CFO and take ownership of accounting functions during the Controller's maternity leave coverage
