Interim Controller Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- The Interim Controller will manage day-to-day accounting operations and provide leadership to the accounting team.
- Assist with labor forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for 2027.
- The Interim Controller will monitor financial performance and recommend process improvements.
- Support management with financial analysis and operational decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications of the Interim Controller Role
- 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management-level responsibilities.
- Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading accounting operations and achieving business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
