Job Summary

The client is looking for an experienced practical, business-oriented Commercial Construction attorney to support a broad range of projects. Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate construction agreements of all sizes, master services agreements, engineering agreements, facilities maintenance and repair contracts, CapEx project agreements, and vendor/subcontractor agreements.
