Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Drive cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Support potential M&A, growth investments, and other value-creation initiatives.
- Lead and streamline month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Own financial statements and audit readiness.Improve branch-level reporting (P&L by region/branch; enhance balance sheet visibility).
- Manage lender reporting and strengthen banking relationships.
- Partner with leadership on acquisition integration.
