Interim Accounting Manager

Our client is a well-established organization seeking a hands-on accounting professional to support ongoing accounting operations, process improvements, and ERP optimization initiatives. This role will partner closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment while helping drive efficiencies across accounting workflows and reporting processes.

Location: Aurora, CO (Onsite)

Compensation: $50-$75/hr.

Reporting To: Accounting Leadership

Most Important:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong month-end close experience

• General ledger, journal entry, and account reconciliation expertise

• Financial analysis and reporting experience

• Experience working within large ERP systems

• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivots, and data analysis

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements

• xhqgsiq Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to partner across departments

Preferred Experience:

• Manufacturing, construction, project-based, or industrial industry experience

• ERP implementation, conversion, or optimization experience

• Cost accounting, project accounting, or inventory accounting exposure

• Experience supporting systems and process improvement initiatives
