Key responsibilities Directly manage the interface development team, including hiring, performance reviews, and technical guidance Own the design, build, and support of HL7 v2.x and FHIR-based integrations across multiple healthcare systems Champion AI-assisted development practices to enhance interface mapping, validation, and testing processes Required qualifications 5+ years of .NET/C# development experience 2+ years in a team lead or people-management role with direct reports Hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x messaging and clinical data exchange Direct experience with FHIR and SMART on FHIR integrations Experience delivering software in a healthcare or regulated industry
