Team Leader Duties
As Team Leader you will ensure team members have their assignments, understand goals, and are aware of schedules.
Perform analysis to determine most desirable feasibility costs.
Develop construction cost estimates for a variety of large, complex civil works and military projects in the planning, design, and construction phases.
Utilize complex technical data and analyses in order to make sound cost engineering decisions.
Monitor work progress to include resource needs, potential project impacts, and quality of products to ensure that quality work is completed on-schedule and within budget.
