Serves as Project Manager responsible for successful completion of quality projects
Develops and directs a public involvement program to inform and encourage the public to assume a full role in deciding how water resources are developed and utilized.
As Planner/Project Manager, directs or performs evaluation of alternatives and formulation of optimum plan of development based on study objectives
Prepares reports, decision documents, and recommendations on plan implementation.
Prepares cost estimates and other elements for cost-sharing agreements, negotiates with non-Federal sponsors, and administers cost-sharing agreements.
