Job Title
The incumbent will provide technical and administrative management of small Architect-Engineer (A-E) or large in-house designs for the projects.
Prepare specifications for a variety of new Civil Works, Military Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP); O and M.
Responsible for complex and innovative engineering designs and analysis, as well as projects for civil and military works, IIS, and HTRW projects.
Serve as a senior technical lead/design manager responsible for managing the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scoping, development, budget development, and contract oversight of highly significant designs.
