- Provide care to patients in the 20-bed medical and surgical ICU in conjunction with the CT surgeon for co-management of cardiothoracic surgery patients and Sound's Tele-Critical Care
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in the 20-bed medical and surgical ICU in conjunction with the CT surgeon for co-management of cardiothoracic surgery patients and Sound's Tele-Critical Care
- Ability to perform all technical skills in the critical care setting
- Ability to cite experience working collaboratively within the ICU with all team members and across the hospital
Compensation
- Competitive shift-based compensation with a sign-on bonus
- $75k commencement bonus with 2-year commitment
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour on-site day shift; nights covered by in-house APP with tele
- 15, 12-hour shifts per month, block shift schedule
Requirements
- Physicians must be board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care medicine
- An active New Mexico license is preferred but not required
- A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting
