- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Three years of elementary K-5 classroom teaching experience
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
- Valid Florida's Educator's Certificate
- Reading Endorsement or Reading Certification
