Intensive Care Unit - Travel Registered Nurse
Trusted Health is seeking an experienced nurse for this travel nursing assignment.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience
- 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
Requirements
- Candidates must have an Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.
- Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- 12 months between Staff at Program: AHSA Program - Banner Health.
- Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
- Special Requests: No travel pairs or trios.
- No background hits.
- Floating Requirements: Maybe required to float to sister site, Banner Goldfield, dependent on staffing and census.
- Required Credentials: Nursys
- 7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
- 2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
- Driver’s license required for submission
