What You’ll Do

• Monitor telemetry and recognize changes in patient condition
• Manage patients with varying levels of acuity
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care teams
• Float between units based on patient and staffing needs

Requirements

• Active RN license – compact or state-specific
• BLS required
• ACLS required for critical care/telemetry
• Acute care experience in ICU, ER, Med-Surg, or Step-Down
• Strong assessment, telemetry, and critical-thinking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts – days or nights
• Weekend and holiday requirements
• Scheduling based on unit needs
