To drive process improvement and contribute to organizational success, the full-time Intelligent Automation Developer will design, build, test, and deploy innovative solutions remotely, collaborating with peers and engaging with business and clinical partners. Key responsibilities Design, develop, troubleshoot, and implement software code, including building solutions and workflows Participate in all phases of implementations, including installation, configuration, customization, integration, and data migration Deliver design and technical specification documents for IT projects and products Required qualifications Demonstrated technical experience in software development, technical analysis, data analysis, or quality assurance Successful experience with industry-specific software tools Evidence of successful design and technical specification documents for IT projects and products Bachelor's degree or higher with at least one year of relevant technical experience is preferred Fluency with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI Agent development is preferred
