OverviewSeeking an Intelligence Operations Advisor (OA) to support our Client’s challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area.  What will you do?Assist with taskings and project coordinationAssist with planning and execution of complex projectsPrepare assessments and make recommendationsPrepare and conduct briefingsDo you have what it takes?Required qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and7-12 years of applicable experience (Level 3)12-20 years of applicable experience (Level 4)20+ years of applicable experience (Level 5) Cable writing experience Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge and experience in Sponsor research tools and techniquesAbility to analyze data and research resultsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal skillsKnowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office suiteExcellent organizational skills to address complex issuesMust possess a high level US Government issued clearance at the time of applicationDesired Qualifications:Candidates with a Master’s degree are highly desirable.Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field OperationsExperience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field officesFormal CI training and/or certificationsOverseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharingForeign languages skillsPay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $140,000 - $195,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
